The internship program exposes interns to various business practices in the entertainment industry, allowing them to participate in influencer marketing campaigns, brand strategies, and more.
Responsibilities
- Participating and supporting in client deliverables
- Supporting the Founder on project management of influencer campaigns, including tracking deliverables. Opportunity for creative ideation or proposing talent
- Deck building

Skills
- College students actively enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program, who have at least Junior standing in undergraduate studies, or recent college grads looking for deeper experience in the entertainment industry
- Be highly motivated
- Have a strong understanding of the influencer / content creator space
- Have a massive passion and personal fandom for anime, gaming, and nerd culture – having a perspective on the industries from both a consumer and business perspective
- Handle multitasking with numerous initiatives and deliverables
- Be organized and data-driven
- Strong writing skills
- A passion, curiosity and understanding of the anime, gaming and broader nerd culture space
- Knowledge of prominent influencers across the space & social trends
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Creative ability and an 'out of the box' mindset
- Fluency and a good understanding of all social media platforms, especially Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter
