They are seeking a highly organized individual to support their technical recruiting team with administrative tasks, focusing on candidate management and resume formatting.
Responsibilities
- Formatting resumes into client templates
- Entering and uploading candidate information into systems and spreadsheets
- Keeping resumes and job folders organized
- Tracking where candidates are in the process and keeping notes updated
- Organizing resumes by job opening
- Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date
- Reviewing resumes using AI tools, flagging potential matches, and sending them to recruiters
- Searching and updating the candidate database
- Contacting candidates to confirm availability and interest
- Communicating with recruiting vendors about jobs and candidates
- Helping keep workflows organized and assisting with tracking multiple job openings
Skills
- Highly organized individual
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and tools like Microsoft Word
- Able to follow step-by-step processes
- No prior experience required
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch, Monday through Friday
