Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iManage is dedicated to Making Knowledge Work™ and is seeking an Account Manager (Corporate) to drive net revenue retention and expansion within a portfolio of corporate legal organizations. In this mid-level role, you will own the full account relationship, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer success.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full account relationship for a defined portfolio of corporate legal customers
- Identifying white-space and expansion opportunities through discovery, stakeholder engagement, and adoption analysis
- Developing and executing expansion plans to drive cross-sell and upsell motions aligned with customer goals
- Guiding and accelerating product adoption to maximize time-to-value and customer success metrics
- Conducting regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with executive and legal leadership
- Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to understand customer needs and solution fit
- Managing accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and expansion pipeline visibility within CRM systems
- Driving net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion revenue targets for your portfolio
- Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships that position iManage as a trusted advisor
Skills
- 3–6 years of B2B account management, customer success, or expansion sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record managing account portfolios and driving expansion revenue or NRR
- Consultative sales mindset with strong discovery, active listening, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort navigating complex organizations and engaging Director-level, VP-level, and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ability to maintain pipeline discipline
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with ability to identify trends, gaps, and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Ability to articulate product value and ROI in business terms aligned with customer priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Law Degree or directly related legal experience
- Experience in legal technology, document management, or workflow automation platforms
- Exposure to corporate legal departments or in-house counsel environments
- Familiarity with customer success methodologies, product adoption frameworks, or expansion playbooks
- Track record of exceeding expansion targets or delivering significant net retention improvements
