Responsibilities
- Overseeing client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery of JBI’s security and investigation services
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Manage service requests
- Coordinate with internal divisions (event security, static posts, personal protection, and investigations)
- Maintain accurate account records
- Preparing proposals and agreements
- Tracking service performance
- Handling client inquiries
- Resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
- Support business development by identifying client needs
- Recommending appropriate services
- Collaborating with leadership on account growth opportunities
- Regular virtual meetings
- Clear communication
- Proactive client follow-up
Skills
- Client relationship management and account coordination skills, including experience serving as a primary contact for multiple clients or projects
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining documentation, tracking service delivery, and managing schedules or service requests
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Basic familiarity with security or investigations services, or willingness to learn industry standards and best practices
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems, video conferencing platforms)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, exercise sound judgment, and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in account management, customer service, or operations coordination
- Post-secondary education or relevant certifications in business, criminal justice, or related fields
