They are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to grow and develop travel accounts within the travel industry vertical, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts in the travel industry, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Representation: Represent Faye in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel space
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in leading account development activities, specifically B2B2C account development within the travel or insurance industry
- Strong understanding of the travel sector, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to run with new ideas, be proactive and excel independently and as part of a team
