Position Overview
The Regional EV Customer Success Manager is the trusted advisor for our Southeast and Central US customers. Working remotely with occasional on‑site visits, you will guide clients from onboarding through full adoption of careerzynith’s portfolio – including advanced telematics, smart charging stations, and strategic fleet electrification planning. You will partner closely with Account Executives, product specialists, and implementation teams to deliver a best‑in‑class experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Customer Liaison: Act as the single point of contact for post‑sale customers, providing advisory and consultative support to ensure smooth integration of careerzynith solutions.
- End‑to‑End Journey Management: Own the customer lifecycle—from onboarding, training, and deployment to ongoing account management and renewal.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in customer‑facing roles, preferably within software, charging solutions, or fleet management.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing complex hardware/software solutions, with a strong focus on fleet telematics, management platforms, and EV electrification.
- Minimum 2 years working with SaaS platforms and EV charging infrastructure, demonstrating a solid understanding of the electric‑vehicle ecosystem.
- Proven project‑management track record, capable of leading multi‑disciplinary initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
