Role Overview

As the Quality Control Manager, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You'll facilitate discussions with leadership and support staff to help refine the client's definition of success and identify current frustrations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all services and supplies delivered under the contract meet the rigorous standards of FAR 52.246-1.

What You Will Do

Develop, implement, and maintain a written Quality Control Plan (QCP) that reflects standardized procedures and methodologies for monitoring and documenting contract performance. Establish and document processes for continuous process improvement, scheduling, conducting, and recording inspections, identifying and correcting discrepancies, implementing corrective action procedures, and conducting trend analyses to highlight systemic issues.
