Role Overview

The Product Manager – Customer Loyalty & Experience Strategy is a pivotal role that drives the creation, enhancement, and delivery of loyalty‑focused products across careerzynith’s retail ecosystem. Reporting to the Product Management Leader, you will partner with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, analytics, finance, and marketing—to translate business goals and user needs into compelling product roadmaps. Your work will directly influence sales growth, operational efficiency, and the overall satisfaction of both customers and associates.
