Position Overview

The Remote Patient Customer Service Support Representative is the frontline voice for careerzynith’s patients, doctors’ offices, and insurance carriers. Working a consistent 11 am‑8 pm EST shift (Monday‑Friday), you will handle high‑volume inbound calls, resolve billing inquiries, and create payment plans that align with patients’ financial situations. careerzynith offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.25 to $21.00, adjusted for experience, location, and applicable state or local minimum wage requirements. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for quarterly variable bonuses based on performance.
