Job Description:
• Ensuring our in-home ABA services run smoothly from referral to service delivery
• Coordinating schedules, supporting staff, communicating with families, and keeping operations moving without service interruptions
• Coordinating staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics
• Supporting clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operational tasks
• Ensuring families receive timely communication and feel supported throughout the process
• Troubleshooting service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays
• Partnering with leadership to improve processes and field operations
• Tracking service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance
• Supporting field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning
• Maintaining compliance with internal policies and payer requirements to avoid service disruptions
Requirements:
• Must live in driving distance to one of our clinics
• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting or leading teams
• Self-motivated and collaborative
