What You'll Do
• Apply your clinical nursing knowledge to evaluate AI-generated content related to healthcare workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses covering nursing informatics topics
• Translate real-world nursing workflows into structured feedback that helps AI systems improve
• Assess AI-generated recommendations around clinical data, documentation quality, and health information systems
• Provide expert-level feedback on whether AI outputs reflect safe, accurate, and practical nursing informatics practice
Who You Are
• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
• Hands-on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing data practices
• Able to analyze clinical scenarios and articulate clear, structured feedback
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Background in health informatics, clinical systems implementation, or nursing leadership
• Familiarity with clinical performance metrics and quality improvement processes
