We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Multi-Regional Retail Support Assistant to join our team and support our Northern Ireland, South Yorkshire & Humberside and West Yorkshire regions. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while working closely with senior leaders and store teams.
Whilst you’ll be supporting these regions, the role is location-flexible, meaning you can be based anywhere in the UK.
You’ll play a key part in supporting our Senior Directors (SDs) and General Store Managers (GSMs), helping to coordinate activity, manage communications and keep our operations on track.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the coordination and distribution of GSM rotas and holiday requests, ensuring accuracy and forward planning
Working closely with Senior Directors to understand weekly priorities and provide tailored support
Managing diaries, organising meetings and booking travel and accommodation when required
Preparing reports, presentations and meeting packs to support key business activity
Uploading and maintaining important documents and promotional materials
Keeping communication flowing across the wider retail team
Supporting weekly processes such as expenses and call notes
Helping to prepare for key meetings including GSM forums and engagement sessions
Maintaining accurate data across systems, spreadsheets and reports
About you
You’re highly organised and love managing multiple priorities
You’re confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
You’ve got great attention to detail and take pride in getting things right
You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
You enjoy working at pace and adapting to changing priorities
You’re a natural team player with a “can do” attitude
