Position Summary
Bio-Tech's IT team works at the intersection of enterprise technology and life sciences - supporting platforms and tools used across clinical diagnostics, genomics, and research workflows. We're looking for a practicing marketer with real campaign experience whose business education and scientific background together enable them to position complex technology meaningfully for audiences who know their science and won't be impressed by surface-level messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing campaigns and content tailored to biotech and life sciences audiences for internal and external
Technical writing for product communications, platform guides, and user-facing content
Bridging IT-Tech capabilities with business unit narratives across LSG, CDG, and related functions
Positioning IT-Tech products and platforms in the context of clinical diagnostics and life sciences workflows
Well versed in AI content generation tools — part of your standard workflow, not a novelty
Basic Qualifications
MBA from IIM required - B.Sc/B.Tech in Life Sciences or Biotechnology strongly preferred
A marketer first — hands-on campaign and content experience, not just academic exposure to marketing
Educated in life sciences, biotech, or a related scientific discipline and understand the domain
A strong technical writer and can make complex things clear without dumbing them down
Genuinely interested in clinical diagnostics, genomics, and the science Bio-Tech is built on
Comfortable sitting between science and technology and can speak both languages
Familiar with enterprise software and IT platforms, not just lab tools
Preferred Qualifications
Translate what IT-Tech builds into language that resonates with scientists, clinicians, and researchers.
Experience in marketing and content creation for biotech/life sciences domain
Strong technical writing and product communication skills
Ability to translate IT-Tech capabilities into business-focused narratives
Understanding of clinical diagnostics and life sciences workflows
Hands-on experience with AI-based content generation tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
