Role Overview
As the Manager of Accounting, you serve as both a client relationship lead and a people leader. You’ll oversee all accounting delivery for assigned clients, manage a team of Senior and Staff Accountants, ensure accurate financial reporting, and act as the trusted accounting advisor helping clients make stronger financial and operational decisions.
What You Will Do
Lead Senior Accountants and Staff Accountants through monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensure compliance with GAAP and consistent adherence to internal accounting policies, review and oversee all financial reporting and deliverables.

- Experience with: Gusto, Karbon, Bill.com, Divvy, BigTime, HubDoc, ChargeOver, QuickBooks, Netsuite
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
- Strong project management ability and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative, team-first behavior with a passion for developing others
- Strong Excel / MS Office proficiency
- Tech-forward and eager to adopt new software and tools
