Role Overview
The Manager of Procurement - Indirect is responsible for the execution of the procurement processes throughout Hain North America. This role is expected to support the procurement lifecycle of assigned categories of indirect procurement.

Owns and manages assigned indirect spend categories, develops and executes category strategies, leads full lifecycle sourcing activities, and delivers annual cost savings and value targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain roles within a corporate environment
- Experience supporting procurement in a CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or related industry
- Demonstrated experience managing indirect spend categories and leading sourcing initiatives end-to-end
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and procurement systems (Coupa or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
