Capital School District Description: William Henry Campus & BTW Elementary Afterschool Coordinator
(temporary position School Year and Summer based on funding- transitions to part-time in 2024-2025 with BTW Elementary School as focus school)

Terms of Employment: Full Time ? 37.5 hours per week
Monday ? Friday 9:30 a.m.? 5:30 p.m. (Split time between William Henry Campus and BTW Elementary)
with summer hours (5 weeks in addition to summer programming and planning, approximately 8-2:30 or as scheduled)

Reports to: Building Principal

Salary: Salaried Position with Benefits

Minimum Qualifications: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The individual for this role coordinates the after-school Program at William Henry Campus and Booker T. Washington Elementary Schools. With this leadership role the individual selected would coordinate partnerships, resources, staff, and students to meet the expectations within the After School Grants and support site assistant coordinators or teacher leaders.. This position is grant funded. Building and maintaining partnerships and seeking additional funding sources will be an aspect of this role. This position would require summer preparation for the year-long school program. Further questions on 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC), which the program is modeled after, can be found on-line at .

Set times and days will be scheduled to support WHC and BTW programming in order not to supplant program budgets or services. After school student programming may be held at one location as needed to support vendors or program partnerships.
