**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Experience Designer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Envisioning, creating, and maintaining customer experiences for various consumer-facing products and services
* Providing direction and guidance to the design team, sharing expertise and feedback to drive design excellence
* Mentoring junior designers, helping them develop their skills and connect with core disciplines
* Facilitating complex design programs, exploring user context, and engaging in insight-gathering activities

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
* 6+ years of relevant experience in experience design, with a portfolio of professional work
* Experience with Agile software delivery environments and common design software (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
* Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and customer experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
* Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and/or CMS
* Experience working with design systems and digital product design in a retail environment
