As a Junior People Attraction & Acquisition Partner (all genders) you’ll support our employer branding efforts and assist across the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and our business departments, help create an outstanding candidate experience, and learn modern recruiting tools and techniques step by step.
Location: Mobile Work (Germany)
What you’ll do
- Support employer branding and People & Culture communication initiatives.
- Help coordinate onboarding touchpoints, internal campaigns, and people-focused events.
- Assist in end-to-end recruiting activities: job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation.
- Conduct initial structured interviews together with experienced recruiters.
- Support active sourcing activities using modern digital tools.
- Ensure a transparent, friendly, and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain recruiting data in our HR systems and support continuous process improvement.

- Strong interest in people, culture, communication, and recruiting.
- First experience in HR, recruiting, employer branding, or People & Culture projects.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills in German and English.
- Structured, reliable working style and attention to detail.
