We're looking for a Junior Finance Operations Analyst to join our growing team and help support our day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, expense management, or a similar finance-related position who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and ensuring financial accuracy. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining organized financial records, processing expenses, supporting payment workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve finance-related inquiries, monitor expenses, maintain accurate documentation, and identify opportunities to improve existing processes. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to consistently deliver accurate work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Support daily finance operations and administrative finance tasks Process and review accounts payable, expenses, and financial transactions Reconcile expense reports and maintain accurate financial records Monitor and manage corporate card transactions Prepare and update reports using Excel or Google Sheets Assist with month-end finance processes and reconciliations Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all finance processes Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency Provide reliable follow-through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or a similar finance role Strong written and spoken English communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization, and reporting Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality work Availability to work during Chicago (Central Time) business hours Nice to Have Experience working for a US-based company or supporting US finance teams Hands-on experience with corporate card and expense management platforms such as Ramp, Divvy or similar tools Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems Experience working in a remote, international team If you're someone who enjoys working with financial data, values precision, and wants to grow your career in finance operations while supporting a dynamic US-based team, we'd love to hear from you.
