Qualifications:
Required:
Associates degree related to healthcare or behavioral health
Experience in clinical or administrative healthcare settings
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster collaborative relationships
Ability to pass a drug screen and State of Alaska background check
Preferred:
Experience in nonprofit, mental health or a substance abuse field
Skills required:
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
Punctuality and consist reliability in reporting to work
Strong attention to detail
The ability to:
Lead a team of professional staff remotely
Represent the mission and values of Set Free Alaska to the staff and community
Make leadership decisions within the assigned scope of responsibilities

Job responsibilities:
Monitor and support compliance with organizational, state, federal, and payer specific regulations
Assist in maintaining data integrity and reporting for quality and operational performance
Support audits, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts
Develop and deliver resources, tools, and guidance to staff to enhance adherence to standards
Collaborate with teams to identify trends, risk, and opportunities for organizational improvement
