Primary Duties:

• Support the Learning System Administrator in day-to-day platform maintenance (e.g., user permissions, content uploads, and basic troubleshooting).
• Monitor engagement metrics and "knowledge lift" KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations for UX improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a reputed company field.
