A LITTLE INFORMATION ABOUT US!
Clothing Connected is a supply chain data platform purpose-built for fashion and apparel brands. We help brands bring structure, visibility, and compliance-readiness to complex, multi-tier supply chains — from raw materials through to finished product.
As our customer base grows, we are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and technical integration of new brand customers into the Clothing Connected SaaS platform. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the heart of our ability to scale and a genuine opportunity to shape how we deliver value at speed.
Clothing Connected is a growing platform business operating at the intersection of supply chain data, fashion, and sustainability regulation. You will be joining a small, focused team where your work has direct impact on the product, the customer experience, and the company's growth.
This role reports directly to the Head of Business and sits at the heart of our ability to scale. You will work closely with colleagues in account management, product, and engineering — with significant autonomy over how you manage your implementations.
IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?
You will be the primary point of contact for new brand customers from contract signature through to a successful, embedded go-live. Working closely with the Head of Business and cross-functional colleagues, you will manage the full implementation lifecycle — ensuring customers realise value quickly and confidently.
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
Own end-to-end customer onboarding: scoping, project planning, data mapping, configuration, UAT, and go-live
Define and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for each customer
Run structured onboarding workshops with brand and supplier teams, adapting your approach to the audience
Act as the customer's primary contact during implementation, building strong working relationships from day one
Conduct business process analysis to understand where Clothing Connected tools fit best into each customer's operations
Manage customer expectations proactively — flagging risks early and resolving blockers with internal teams
Develop and deliver progress reports and milestone documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle
Technical Integration & Data
Lead the technical data integration workstream: supplier data collection, BOM and product data structuring, and platform configuration
Work with customers to map their existing data structures — product specs, factory and mill data, compliance documents — to the Clothing Connected data model
Carry out data manipulation and cleansing for key accounts at onboarding, ensuring quality at every stage
Collaborate with product and engineering teams via Jira to translate customer configuration needs into development requirements
Test configurations and recommend changes to the development team where needed
Support customers in understanding and meeting emerging regulatory requirements, including Digital Product Passport (DPP) data readiness under ESPR
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Head of Business and account management colleagues to hand over implemented accounts smoothly
Identify new opportunities within existing client portfolios and feed insights to the commercial team
Feed recurring implementation challenges and customer insights back into the product roadmap
Contribute to the development of scalable implementation playbooks, templates, and onboarding documentation
Support pre-sales conversations where implementation complexity or data readiness needs to be assessed
Assist with product demonstrations to prospective customers when required
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
3–5 years in an implementation, onboarding, solutions, or technical project management role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or data platform environment
A track record of managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously, delivering to agreed timelines
Experience working with structured data: comfortable with data mapping, data quality assessment, and formats such as Excel, CSV, and API-based integrations
Strong project management skills: able to build and manage project plans, run structured calls, and hold stakeholders accountable
Confident communicator: able to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Highly Desirable
Background in or strong familiarity with the fashion, apparel, or retail supply chain — particularly product development, sourcing, or merchandising workflows
Understanding of supply chain data concepts: Bills of Materials (BOM), factory and mill compliance data, certifications such as GOTS, GRS, or ZDHC, or traceability frameworks
Awareness of EU sustainability regulation affecting fashion brands, including Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements under ESPR
Experience working with issue-tracking tools such as Jira to manage development and configuration requests
Personal Attributes
Highly organised and detail-oriented: able to manage complexity across multiple customer workstreams without dropping the ball
Comfortable with ambiguity — able to structure your own work in a fast-moving, scaling business
A natural relationship-builder: customers trust you because you follow through
Results-driven: maintains a high standard of delivery while working with discipline and resilience
Curious about data, technology, and the problems fashion brands face in their supply chains
Collaborative team player who communicates openly and contributes to shared goals
Open to occasional travel for customer workshops or team sessions
