Managing data for one company is a task; managing it for a portfolio is an art. We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst who thrives in a high-growth, M&A environment. As our portfolio continues to expand, you will assist with the technical integration of newly acquired entities and provide continued support and maintenance post-implementation. Responsibilities • System Configuration & Maintenance: Configuration and system maintenance across Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll for US, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent and Recruiting. • Bi-Annual Workday Release Support (Planning, Configuration, Testing, Training Materials, and Communication of changes). • Assist with managing Workday Security (role-based security, security groups, and system security policies to control access to data and tasks). • M&A Support: Assist with implementing new acquisitions, including but not limited to Data Mapping, Legacy System Extraction, and Inbound EIB uploads to integrate new teams into the Workday tenant. • Execute large-scale data updates (e.g., organizational restructures or mass transfers) using EIBs • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and calculated fields to meet business needs. • Create and manage customized dashboards, worklets, and hubs to enhance user experience. • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data discrepancies as they arise. • Data Integrity: Maintain system data accuracy by performing regular audits and data validations. • Process Improvement: Partner with Organizations and AMS Consultants to complete system enhancement projects with the goal of optimizing user experience and efficiency. • Support & Training: Provide T1-T3 level support to users under a Shared Services Model. Requirements • 2–4 years of hands-on Workday experience in Core HCM and two (2) or more of the following modules: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll for US, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent, and Recruiting. • Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, and notifications. • Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Business Processes with complex condition rules tailored to specific subsidiary needs. • Strong understanding of Role-Based Security, including the configuration of Constrained vs. Unconstrained security groups. • Ability to process inbound EIBs from start to finish (Creation, Template Configuration, Data population, Launch/Schedule, Troubleshooting). • Strong communication and customer service skills with experience supporting both technical and functional users. • Ability to work independently with little guidance to complete assignments. • Advanced Level Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field. • Advanced Level Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to be successful in this role. Nice-to-haves • Advanced knowledge and configuration experience in Workday US Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence. • Proficiency in Workday Matrix and Composite Reporting • Prior experience assisting with the HRIS workstream for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures in Workday • Prior experience supporting Multi-Company/Multi-Entity HRIS tenants • Functional HR knowledge (Generalist, Compensation, US Payroll, or Absence Management).
