About the Role

At Mood, we believe a strong employee experience is built on consistent, well-executed HR operations. We’re continuing to build an HR function grounded in clarity, consistency, and accountability, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join us.

This role is responsible for executing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR systems, benefits, and compliance. You’ll work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR operations run smoothly and scale with the business.

This role is expected to take ownership of core HR operations and help build a more structured and scalable People function as the company grows.
