About the Role
This is a client- and candidate-facing recruitment role. You will help evaluate candidates, understand their motivations, communicate opportunities clearly, and support them through the hiring process.
You will also act as a recruitment consultant to clients by helping clarify role requirements, identify market challenges, and provide practical hiring feedback.
This is not a resume-forwarding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, and influence hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
Recruit for U.S.-based healthcare roles, including clinical, leadership, and operations positions
Review and assess candidate applications with the support of AI-enabled tools
Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
Understand candidate motivation, compensation expectations, career goals, and potential fit
Present opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates
Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
Communicate with clients regarding candidate fit, role requirements, and hiring feedback
Provide market insights based on candidate conversations and recruitment activity
Maintain accurate candidate and client communication in the ATS/CRM
Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, organization, and communication quality
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets preferred
Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients professionally
Strong judgment when evaluating candidate fit beyond the resume
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active roles
Comfortable using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and AI-supported tools
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, or healthcare management professionals
Experience in agency recruitment
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Experience supporting direct hire, contract, or project-based recruitment
