Job description: Redefining Strength is looking for a full-time coach who leads with heart, drives results, and thrives on real transformation.This isn’t about training job chasing leads or sales. What You’ll Do:
• Coach 25–40+ remote clients through our proven systems for strength, nutrition, and sustainable habit change.
• Deliver high-touch, 1:1 support using our tools, check-in frameworks, and coaching methods.
• Perform weekly or biweekly check-ins using video and/or messaging.
• Adjust training programs and nutrition protocols every 3 weeks based on progress and feedback.
• Track client results, proactively solve problems, and keep momentum moving forward.
• Re-engage clients who struggle with motivation...we don’t let people fall through the cracks.
• Participate in weekly team trainings to stay sharp and aligned.
• Collaborate with our coaching, Registered Dietitian and operations team to deliver next-level results.
• Show up consistently, take feedback like a pro, and coach with heart...especially when it’s tough.

• A current personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
• At least 5 years of coaching experience or 5,000+ client hours (remote or hybrid)
• Specialized training in areas like nutrition, behavior change, or women’s health
• A track record of managing 25–40 clients while delivering real, measurable results
• Strong time management and professional communication skills
• High emotional intelligence — you lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence
• A systems-minded approach to coaching and a deep belief in client ownership
• A strong finish-what-you-start attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team
