Role Overview
The Manager of FP&A will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for leading annual budgeting, forecasting, long term planning, and financial analysis processes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership, and ensuring alignment between financial goals and business objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts, develop and maintain robust financial models, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Prior management experience preferred
- Familiarity with financial software and experience with software implementations
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
