Job Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the business through estimation, analysis, and insight generation for our trade and development item surface areas. Your primary focus will be on driving the utilization of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering drives. You will assemble analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
- Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
