**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through multiple interactive channels of communication. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing support to customers and field partners for all arenaflex brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication.
* Demonstrating abilities in managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information.
* Determining solutions independently, thinking creatively, and implementing rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility.
