Position Overview

The Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in careerzynith’s commitment to delivering outstanding service to our valued policyholders. Working from a home office within our service territory, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions focused exclusively on Property & Casualty insurance products. Your day will involve answering coverage questions, providing accurate quotes, processing policy changes, explaining premium impacts, and resolving billing inquiries—all while delivering the warm, professional service that defines the careerzynith brand.

This position requires a licensed P&C professional who can balance technical insurance knowledge with genuine customer care. You will serve as the first point of contact for many of our members, making your role critical to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule and Remote Requirements

This is a work-from-home opportunity; however, candidates must reside within careerzynith’s designated service territory. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, with rotating Saturday shifts required as part of the team schedule. Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST. We believe in providing schedule predictability while ensuring our customers receive excellent service throughout the week.
