- Operational Support and Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day operational support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team, ensuring reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Standardize Best Practices: Build and document standard methodologies used in everyday operations and work closely with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI and data analytics space.
- Productionize ML Algorithms: Implement and productionize ML algorithms in areas such as predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and anomaly detection, evaluating their performance against real-world datasets.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to achieve objectives related to improving system performance and operational efficiency, aligning with existing software engineering practices that produce effective, maintainable code—including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and thorough code reviews.

- Data Management Skills: Expert-level experience working with both structured and unstructured data (including images, video, text, and event data) and proficiency with SQL relational databases as well as non-relational (NoSQL) data stores.
- Data Workflow Management: 2+ years of experience with Apache Airflow or another data workflow orchestration and management tool.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab, Model Operations (MLOps), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Discovery and Requirements Gathering: Experience in leading discovery processes with business partners to identify requirements, define expected outcomes, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Communication and Drive: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated determination to see projects through to successful completion.
