We are now hiring a dedicated, empathetic, and technically curious Customer Support Agent to join our fully remote U.S.-based support team. This is a full-time opportunity with a primary shift of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time, combined with the flexibility required to cover weekend rotations.
