As a Concierge Associate at careerzynith, you will be the voice of our company, engaging digitally with members via phone, chat, and email to help them understand their benefits and find the right healthcare providers for their unique needs. This is a fully remote position with a target start date of August 25th. The role is full-time, and current service hours operate on weekdays aligned with East Coast business hours. As our organization grows, shift requirements may evolve to ensure we continue providing excellent coverage for our members across all time zones.

The hourly rate for this position is $19–$22 per hour, with the specific rate determined based on your qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Please note that this range is non-negotiable.
