Job Role and Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery to our customers.
- Answering incoming service calls, adjusting technician schedules as needed, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements.
- Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain our membership base, ensuring consistent growth and customer retention.
- Being a supportive and collaborative teammate to coworkers, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits, promoting loyalty and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Typing skills of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- A strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with the ability to navigate and provide directions as needed.
