This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for professionals who value flexibility while making a profound difference in the lives of young people. Coaches provide real-time, text-based support to students through our proprietary chat platform, helping them navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, develop coping strategies, and access additional resources when needed.
Coaching sessions with careerzynith occur during school hours, specifically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time), based on student demand. Due to the on-demand nature of our service, hours can vary significantly from week to week—some weeks may require one to three hours of coaching support, while other weeks may have no active coaching hours at all. This variability reflects the genuine, organic nature of student needs and provides our coaches with a level of flexibility that is rare in the mental health field.
