Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 6 months of call center experience.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
