If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data entry and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Processing large business orders and updating spreadsheet information with accuracy and efficiency * Formatting Excel orders as needed to ensure seamless data entry * Setting up profiles for all Excel orders to ensure timely and accurate processing * Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner, meeting demanding deadlines * Executing Customer Gift History lists and entering Catalog requests and address changes with precision * Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards * Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources * Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency * Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets with ease * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division * Type 35 wpm, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed * Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, with a strong understanding of basic computer functions * Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to proofread and edit documents with precision * Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel * Experience with data entry software and tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Technical Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and collaboration, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection with a download speed of at least 5 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 3 Mbps (preferably a wired connection, not wireless) * A Windows 10 operating system, with at least 8 Gigabytes of RAM and 50GB available space on your Hard Drive * A PC or laptop with a current IOS or Windows 10 OS, with an 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU (if you purchased your PC or laptop in the last 2 years, the CPU is likely comparable to these specifications) **What We Offer** As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on collaboration and innovation * Flexible working arrangements, with the ability to work from home or remotely * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, with ongoing training and support * A comprehensive onboarding program, with dedicated support and guidance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data entry and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
