Job Overview

arenaflex is seeking an experienced part-time remote customer service specialist to join its team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, navigating electronic health records, and providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and facilities. This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. You will not be required to work weekends or holidays.
