**Responsibilities**
As a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid remote environment, balancing your time between our remote office and home. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values flexibility, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Engage with website visitors in real-time through live chat, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com and transition qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities.
* Develop expertise in the live chat platform and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs.
* Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with sales team and key marketing team members to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment.
* Perform other assigned tasks to support the marketing team.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Commercial modular construction industry experience preferred.
* Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience preferred.
* Salesforce.com experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Organized with attention to detail.
* Customer service oriented with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries.
* Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
* Tactful and inquisitive.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm.
* Must comply with all company employment policies.
