Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to direct consumers by initiating chats, acting on leads, and presenting arenaflex products to identify travel needs and make personalized recommendations. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients will be essential in establishing and maintaining quality customer relationships, meeting customer retention goals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating chats, acting on leads, and presenting arenaflex products to identify travel needs and make personalized recommendations
- Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining a consumer prospect list/contact database to identify client travel trends
- Proactively seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on client travel history, acquiring in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, and pricing
- Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
- Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred, with cruise sales experience being a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests and internally
- Strong working knowledge of the travel industry and arenaflex products, including current fleet and ship itineraries
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota-driven
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based sales environment
- Fluency in a language other than English
- Experience with live chat software and technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Work Environment and Company Culture
arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, and this role will be working from home. We are hiring only in East Coast states, and you must be available to work a late night/early morning shift, with one of the following schedules:
- M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST
- M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST
- M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST
- M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm
- M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm
You must be flexible and available to work any of these schedules, as assigned by the company.
