Key Responsibilities

- Verify products and services to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assist with CPAP resupply, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Provide basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients, addressing their concerns and promoting positive health outcomes
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on customer service and patient care
