Job Overview: Customer Service Representative Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls with questions regarding arenaflex Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, as well as Medicaid benefit plans. This role will involve taking inbound calls, researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers, and utilizing a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility.
