Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and systems, and be part of a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong multitasker, and have a drive to solve problems and meet goals. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you will need to have excellent Internet connectivity, a productive and quiet workspace, and a Smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer.
