Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies, and utilizing a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the U.S.
