Position Overview
As a Chat Support Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional assistance through live chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through platform features, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to relay feedback that drives product enhancements. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
