Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Real‑Time Response: Answer inbound chat messages in under 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses and, when necessary, crafting ad‑hoc replies that are accurate, relevant, and industry‑compliant.
- Contextual Problem Solving: Interpret consumer inquiries, determine the appropriate category, and select the correct response button or initiate a personalized dialogue when no pre‑written answer exists.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate on all responses; your work will be randomly audited to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Escalation Management: Recognize when a conversation requires higher‑level intervention and promptly route it to leadership or specialized teams.
- Knowledge Base Development: Document frequently asked questions, refine canned responses, and contribute to a living repository that improves over time.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve a sustained 60 replies per hour while preserving accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer‑service chatroom or live‑chat environment.
