Job Description:
• Lead Ripple Fiber’s sales operations function for the MDU Bulk Sales organization.
• Drive operational excellence by developing and executing strategies that streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enable sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Act as a key partner to Sales leadership and Account Directors, ensuring alignment across systems, reporting, and post-sales implementation.
• Design and implement scalable sales processes for MDU Bulk sales.
• Manage CRM platform and ensure adoption across the sales organization.
• Support VP of Sales and Account Directors with proposal preparation, pricing models, and presentation development.
• Build and support a team that acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and customer for new bulk customer implementations.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field, with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in CRM administration and sales process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Power BI, QuickBase, and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
