The Director of FM Soft Services is responsible for the overall management, development, and continuous improvement of Workplace Services, including Soft Services, within the FM organization.  This role provides leadership and oversight to their team, serving as the primary owner of Workplace Services policies, standards, and best practices.  They act as the key stakeholder and SME for all Workplace Services activities, ensuring standards are maintained, compliance is monitored, and innovative practices are embedded across regions. The role also plays a vital role in fostering strong cross-functional collaborations, supporting organizational change, and ensuring the alignment of Soft Services with broader FM and business objectives.

A suitable candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, experience in facilities management, and experience with outsourced facilities organization across Supply Chain and non-Supply Chain sites.

Key relationships include FM global functions, regional FM leadership, Business Customers, Service providers, outsourced vendors management team, key J&J partners (e.g., Global Security, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, EHS, Employee Health and Wellbeing, and Procurement), and external regulating agencies
