<strong>What we’re searching for:</strong><br><br>
</div><div>The perfect candidate for us will be a responsible and experienced house cleaner. Experience working with short-term rental properties is preferred, but not required. Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If you’re the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself “Is that a smudge?!” then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain RenewCrew standards. A full background check is required for this position.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities include:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc.</li>
<li>Dusting of all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames</li>
<li>Cleaning glass doors and windows</li>
<li>Streak free mirrors, stainless steel and stovetops</li>
<li>Clean cabinet faces</li>
<li>Thorough general residential cleaning</li>
<li>Laundry (linens and towels) either on site or in office</li>
<li>Making of beds and inspecting / setting out towels</li>
<li>Learning and utilizing the software system Breezeway</li>
<li>Delivering linens and supplies to properties as needed</li>
<li>Report any damages to the rooms</li>
<li>Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience</li>
<li>Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary</li>
<li>Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations</li>

<li>Monday to Saturday flexible </li>
<li>Sundays required</li>
<li>10-40 hours per week flexible</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>: </div><ul>
<li>Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred</li>
<li>Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance</li>
<li>Friendly, customer-oriented personality</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail</li>
<li>Able to work quickly without compromising quality</li>
<li>Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods</li>
</ul>
