About the Role:
Snapscale is looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Virtual Assistant – US Private Clinic Experience Required who can work remotely to support US-based dental practice. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
- Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff

Requirements
- Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dentists (required)
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, and inbound call handling
- Experience in dental billing and coding is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
- Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based dental providers and patients
- Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
